Lloyd Dickenson

Lloyd Dickenson is a fitness professional and group fitness trainer. He has been training for 18 years and specializes in health, muscle, fitness and sports conditioning training. He is certified through IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association). During his 15 year career he has helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. His passion for fitness and love for people has allowed him to provide a level of commitment to each of his clients. This commitment ensures that his clients leave each session or class feeling happy, confident, strong and satisfied. He ensures his clients understand the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle and he guides them every step of the way. He works well with all backgrounds and ages for a variety of needs and goals.

Douglas Dzema

Douglas Dzema currently practices as a Doctor of Physical Therapy throughout Hudson County. He completed his B.S. in Exercise Science and Physiology at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. He further pursued his Doctorate at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. His areas of expertise include sports orthopedics, sport-specific training, and recovery. He brings the perspectives of both a health professional and an athlete, as he also competes in the United States’ first professional volleyball league, the National Volleyball Association.

Cindy Mena

Cindy is a NASM-certified personal trainer. Cindy's fitness career began in 2017. She attended NYC's top personal training school "Focus Personal Training Institute," completing their intensive six months master’s training program. She obtained her B.A., majoring in Psychology, at Hunter College. She is well versed in psychology, with strong advocacy for behavior change in fitness.

She is precise in form and safety, from strength training with compound movements to circuit training. Injury prevention and technique are essential in her training. She will help you reach your goals while maintaining integrity and correct form in your movements. Her focus is on your fitness pursuits and making your workouts enjoyable. She will meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

Asha

Asha is a passionate 200-hour registered yoga teacher, XPERT Fitness certified pole instructor, licensed Liquid Motion® methodology instructor, pole dance performer and competitor from the NYC area. Asha first came to yoga for the physical benefits and soon found herself drawn to the spiritual journey. She discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of peace, self-awareness and mind-body connection. The more she learned and grew as a yogi, the more her intention turned to teaching and sharing the practice she loves with others. Asha’s approach to yoga focuses on the balance between strength and flexibility as well as effort and release. Her classes offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. As a dancer, athlete, and instructor she finds joy, satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal movement journeys and hopes to nurture and encourage them along their way. 



Courtney Thomas

Courtney Thomas is a NASM Certied Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach who is driven by inspiring people to live a healthier and stronger lifestyle. He has over 8 years of experience training individuals, bootcamps and teams including teaching families, youth and adults on incorporating healthy lifestyle habits. Courtney lives a plant based lifestyle and specializes in functional movements to help fortify our foundations.

Melanie Llanes

Melanie Llanes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She specializes in orthopedics, sports and perinatal and pelvic health. She is an avid powerlifter and former yoga teacher so she believes in working on mobility, flexibility, and strength.  Her mission is for her students to be able to  reach all of their functional and fitness goals at whatever stage or transition they may be in their lives.


Tremica George

Tremica George fell in love with fitness in January 2020. After transforming her mind and body, Tremica was inspired and started  teaching abs and glutes classes for women in  her my community. She attended the Focus Personal Training Institute and obtained her training certification with NASM. She also works as a personal trainer at Equinox. Tremica’s main goal is to promote fitness as a necessity rather than a luxury. She believes our bodies should be the best outfit we own.


Isabella Robertozzi

Isabella has been practicing yoga since 2016. After tearing her ACL while playing soccer, Isabella was searching for a low-impact exercise that would still challenge her strength and stamina. However, it was the development of her mental resilience and spiritual well-being that led her to pursue yoga as a lifestyle and complete her 200-hour teacher training. Isabella is passionate about the impact of yoga on mental health, and wishes to share with her community how to use yoga to build self-regulation. Isabella provides a creative sequence of traditional poses that result in a challenging power flow, fit with modifications to ensure students of all levels feel the most empowered on their mat.  Above all else, she is committed to creating an all-inclusive, non-intimidating environment, for beginners, seasoned yogis, and everyone in between. Isabella is a happy, positive person that invites you to join her regardless of how you're showing up on that given day. She promises to have you leaving class with clarity, feeling more present, patient, and energized. 



Dominique Barrager

Dominique is a NASM-certified Pilates and Barre instructor. She has found her passion and love in the fitness industry during her
modeling career, which has led her into her teaching
career. Not only does she believe that Pilates and barre
are healthy workouts that can get you in shape, but she also believes that those workouts are so fun to do as well. 
She uses her methods, power, and dedication to empower and balance her clients into feeling much better within themselves, getting internally and externally stronger, and turning them into the better version of themselves while bringing them into their desired shape. She is known for her unique, challenging,
strengthening, empowering, uplifting, and fun sessions.
Dominique is Japanese-American who grew up in Belgium from her childhood for almost 20 years. She moved to Jersey City in 2016. Besides fitness, Dominique also has a lot of love for fashion, beauty, food, photography, spirituality, astrology and traveling.

Tony Meyer

Tony has been teaching yoga for seven years all around the world. He has taught in places like Bali, Guatemala and NYC.  Tony has over 1500 hours of teaching experience and have taken three 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and one 300hr teacher training. Additionally, he has taken a few yoga and health-related courses that have broadened his understanding of the human body. Tony is a real yoga enthusiast who loves to share his passion thru teaching. 

Sanjana Saboo

Sanjana was never one for team sports but can compete against herself any day. That's why she became a National Academy of Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer & has worked with clients of all ages and goals. She is experienced in personal training for weight loss, strength building, mobility & rehab, sports performance, and has taught group fitness classes in both strength/cardio and dance. Her mission is to show you how capable you are to move & get stronger every day. With her, it's possible to leave the gym feeling better than you did before, while falling in love with the process! She hopes to instill enough passion in you where when you miss a day in the gym, you actually miss it. Together with Sanjana, let's raise the bar, because your health is worth the investment. 

Sophie Newman

Sophie is a Fitness Indoor Cycling certified spin instructor. In addition to teaching private spin classes, she is professionally trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop, and has danced her whole life. She also served as President and Choreographer for two dance teams in college. After earning her B.S. degree from Cornell University, she moved from Jacksonville, FL to NYC where she decided to combine her love for choreographing, teaching, and fitness by pursuing her dream of becoming a spin instructor. As someone who practices holistic nutrition, she has a “work hard, play hard” mindset, and believes that life is all about balance. Sophie welcomes all levels and is a strong communicator, considering she is also fluent in Spanish. Her goal is to share her joys of indoor cycling, health and wellness with a community of like-minded individuals.

Dr. David Outevsky

David is an experienced and licensed instructor. He has a Masters degree in dance science which he uses to create research based teaching methods and a mindful approach to dance practice. He is a competitive ballroom dancer who reached the finals in several international championships. His knowledge of movement is how he developed his Pilates for conditioning with Imagery training and different fitness classes. David has also been practicing the traditional form of Chinese Kung Fu, Wing Chun for 10 years in the lineage of Yip Man. He uses his knowledge to developed his self defense method. He loves seeing his students progress and enjoy the process of learning.

Katya Guseva

Katya is largely influenced by her practices in Thailand, where she received her teacher training. She also encountered her first Mysore Ashtanga teacher in Bali and continued her learning from Dharma Mitra in New York. Katya practices yoga to keep my mind and body healthy and she teaches yoga to share the wonderful benefits it has given her. She believes that yoga is her church and through yoga we are able to observe or true selves.

Jeffery Duffour

Jeffery "Hurricane" Duffour is a Health and Fitness Trainer with over 10 years of experience. His mission is to inspire and help enhance the quality of life of others. He believe’s that with consistency, along with the right nutrition and training, every person is capable of completely transforming his or her life. He has helped hundreds achieve their fitness goals. 



Sonny Thai

Sonny is a fitness enthusiast, who is originally from Sydney Australia. He moved to NYC about 8 years ago. Sonny has an overall love for fitness and has certifications in many different styles of fitness including Cycling, TRX, Pilates, Strength Training, Barre and Stretch and Recovery just to name a few. He currently also works as a Senior Instructor at Crunch Fitness and Kens Pilates. Sonny is excited to share his knowledge with all his clients and class attendees.



Pascal Gabo

Pascal is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer that is highly knowledgeable in human anatomy. His passion for helping others accomplish their goals motivates his unique teaching style. As a former athlete in football, track, wrestling, and boxing, Pascal has accumulated years of knowledge and experience that he hones in to his prestigious gallery of skills.



Coach Jazz

With a strong holistic and calisthenic approach, Coach Jaz has specialized in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, as well as Injury Prevention for 6 years. Graduate from the National Personal Training Institute, certified in TRX and Kettlebells; Her roster ranges from beginners to athletes, and amputees to B-list celebrities. Her mission is to teach self-healing and self-empowerment through mindful movement. Her only pet peeve is incorrect form so prepare to be instructed on proper exercise and breathing techniques. Known for transformations that include up to 100(+) pounds in weight loss, diabetes (type 2) recovery and sciatica pain relief. All fitness levels (pre/post injury/surgery) are welcomed and highly encouraged. Learn to listen to your body and find your natural remedy.



Simoné Bart

Simoné has been a mover her whole life! A big believer that movement is medicine AND meditation, classes with Simoné allow the individual to get reacquainted with their best self through deeps values of love, freedom, and honesty - where you are sure to leave feeling stronger and great in your body. Simoné’s background in gymnastics and dance provides a wealth of experience no matter what class you're in



Zao Chan Yap

Zao Chan Yap moved to New York from Taiwan, she is a Dharma Yoga 800hr certified instructor, CorePower Yoga certified Instructor (specialized in Yin/Vinyasa Flow), certified Eastern Medicine Nutritionist, meditation and breathe-work coach. Prior to her yogi path, she spent over 10 years working in finance. She coaches people who struggle with their mind and body to rebuild a sustainable routine and live a healthy and productive lifestyle. Through asana, breath work and meditation, she will guide you into a new realm of mindfulness, reduced stress and anxiety.



Chiara Cola

Chiara is a YACEP, E-RYT 200 and a LOAY 500 Yoga Teacher. Chiara was born and raised in Italy. She got her certification as a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach with the AFPA Fitness, and she became a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Sri Dharma Mittra is Chiara’s biggest inspiration in Yoga. Chiara follows Dharma Mittra’s main focus in Yoga and life which is on Ahimsa, no-violence, no-hurting, compassion, the ability to see yourself in others, and the awareness of being just One as the doorway for Self-realization.
Chiara classes are powerful and focus on taking the practitioners out of their comfort zone, deep into the fire, where the impurities of body and mind dissolve, and stillness arrives. In this stillness, finally, Awareness increases and one’s Consciousness rises.



Sameeksha Tyagi

Sameeksha is a certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor, with her training grounded in India's rich yogic heritage. Yoga has been a constant presence in Sameeksha's life from a young age, serving as a guiding force that naturally integrated into her journey. With a deep-seated belief that yoga is a universal practice meant for all, she aims to make it accessible and beneficial to everyone. Her teaching is rooted in the principles of Ashtanga Yoga, emphasizing the harmonious blend of movement and breath work. As a creative individual passionate about photography, design, and culinary arts, she infuses her practice with innovative ideas inspired by her diverse interests. With her traditional training and creative outlook, she is dedicated to sharing yoga's transformative power with a wider audience, blending the old with the
new in a way that resonates with everyone



Lauren Hemley

Lauren is a yoga and meditation instructor, transformational coach, and sound healer, guiding students toward greater self-awareness and peace. Specializing in yoga lifestyle, applied yoga philosophy, prenatal yoga, and tuning fork therapy, she takes a holistic approach to well-being. Lauren trained with Syama & Dhyana Masla in Bhakti Yoga, Alison West in alignment and backcare yoga, and Juliana Mitchell in prenatal yoga. For Lauren yoga is not just a physical practice, it’s a path to intentional living, connecting to the heart’s rhythms, and aligning with the wisdom of the Soul. Her sessions strengthen both body and spirit, inviting students to 

live more authentically and purposefully. 



Rowena Cayetano

Rowena has been dancing her way through life with a background in modern dance, jazz & hip-hop. Her dedication, commitment & love for Zumba shines through her lively spirit which is always felt during her classes. Rowena truly enjoys leading her classes and seeing people feel good about themselves.  She dedicates valuable time developing new routines to continue excitement and have participants anticipating every class.  She believes that participants don’t have to fancy theirselves as dancers or even coordinated to enjoy her class, get inspired, and have an amazing workout. She simply wants participants to come ready to sweat & have a great time!



Tara Orr

Coach Tara is the driving force behind Femme X Boxing. She has been boxing for over 12 years and has a wealth of experience coaching both professional and amateur fighters. With a passion for both boxing and community outreach, Coach Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience for her role. Her classes not only teach the fundamentals of boxing and self defense but also foster a supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable learning this new skill. Through FXB, Coach Tara is changing lives by promoting confidence, strength and empowerment for the women of her community.
